Malai Sandwich
At Myfoodspa Malai Sandwich is made from cottage cheese or paneer that is first processed to make it soft. Next the mashed and softened paneer is given a large bean shape and boiled in sugar syrup to give it sweet taste. The cottage cheese dumpling are then cut into two pieces. A rich mixer of dry fruits and Khoya serving is than sandwitched between the two pieces. Finally Sandwich Chop is decorated with Chandi (Silver) work.Relative Price of Item is $$$

Food was a big hit at party ... everybody enjoyed food... Especially the corn cheese roll and Pav bhaji. I think they have great snack items and at a reasonable price!!!!?
