Matar Paneer
Matar Paneer is a light recipe of paneer (Indian cottage cheese) and Matar(green peas). Paneer cubes are fried with onions, tomatoes, capsicum, cumin seeds & turmeric powder, onions, tomatoes and some Indian spices. Once the Masala is ready, Green Peas are added in the end and the combination is left to cook on slow flame for few minutes.
