Paper Masala Dosa
Paper Masala Dosa is a Crispy thin pancake with stuffing of patatoes. To prepare the dosa batter Rice,lentil are separately soaked in water for few hours. Once rice and lentil become tender, than these are mixed in the correct proportion and grinded into a smooth paste. This paste is left to ferment overnight. To make the dosa this fermented batter is spread on a special flat girdle.Once the batter turns golden brown the dosa is ready. To convert a paper dosa into a paper masala dosa, it is stuffed with mixture of mashed potatoes, onions, tomatoes and green peas, tempered with spices mustard seeds and curry leaves. Served with assortment of coconut chutney, tamarind chutney and sambar. This is a perfect blend of flavors, seasoning, nutritional , fragrance, taste, and visual appeal of south Indian delicacy.Relative Price of Item is $$
