Pav Bhaji
Pav is a square shaped plain bread loaves or bun that is high in carbohydrates and fats (if served with butter), while bhaji is the vegetable-based spicy curry portion, high in carbohydrates. It is impossible to escape the aroma of dollops of butter swimming in bhaaji , a thick gravy of potatoes,tomatoes, peas and onions spiked with coriander and a special pav bhaji spice mix.
