Like Rasgullas, Rasmalai is also made with homemade cheese known as paneer. Properly cooked Rasmalai is elegant, sophisticated, and has just the right balance sweetness and creaminess. Chole were well cooked and Bhature were soft and tender. Samosa were small compared to what we get in India but were tasty.....
